Impressive family owned bicycle store & rental with super friendly & competent staff. They were attentive to every detail & they speak English, for those customers who cannot speak Italian. The store is also well stocked with all sorts of cycling related goods & apparel.

Gippo Bike is outstanding to work with. We spent about a year pulling together a day long Vespa tour for our small wedding group of about 30 people. When we first started the planning, we were working with just about ever rental spot in Tuscany and some beyond as our group size and request was unusual. Kudos to Babi from TrekkinGae that pulled it all together for us and was our guide for the day. She curated the most wonderful route, a phenomenal spot for stunning lunch, and somehow orchestrated parking for 22 Vespas for everywhere we went including San Gimignano. Laura and team were fantastic throughout from planning through to the day of our rental. We had a wonderful time -- thank you Laura!

On our honeymoon and wanted to rent gravel bikes to ride Tuscany. Gippo bikes were very accomodating - they had our bikes waiting for us when we arrived in the morning. The rental bikes were top of the range and in perfect working order. They provided us advice on which routes to take and a mobile phone holder to help navigate the route. We had a perfect day exploring Tuscany that we won’t forget - thank you Gippo bikes!

Perfect rental. Bike worked 100% for 5 days (400 km) without any single yet minor problem. Flexible transport to our accomodation. (They brought it earlier than agreed, pick it up when we were not at the place.)
