We are a party of 7 and we rented e-bikes for a few days while in Bordeaux. We had such a great time biking on the country roads. The staff was so friendly - taking the time to explain how to use the e-bikes and providing pumps, helmets, repair kits, etc.

Hired 3 e-bikes from these guys. Great Dutch style bikes, very comfortable and well maintained. Did 60km easily with battery to spare. Friendly staff who tolerated our lack of french and spoke great English. Top bike shop.

Great service and friendly staff. We hired bikes for a group of 10 of us, including 4 kids and they had bikes the right size for all of the boys. It's fairly hilly in the region around and our group probably would have preferred more adult hybrid bikes / gravel bikes being available but the bikes did the job and were in great condition

A good cycle shop in every sense of the word. Delightful and polite staff that were honest about the best time to drop my bike off for repair and how long it might take because of their workload. Knowledgably and skilled technician staff. Excellent communication about when the bike was ready for pick up. The work done was very good and the prices were honest and competitive.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, and a great ethos. We bought 2 electric bikes from GoodTurn Cycles having visited several other cycle shops in the area and are confident we made the right choice. They were happy to take as long as we wanted asking questions and test riding the bikes. Would definitely recommend.
