I would like to extend my warmest thanks to Mr. Legagneur, as he is an excellent professional, highly competent, and offers sound advice. I have entrusted him with my Cannondale F 29 mountain bike twice for servicing and am delighted with the results. Mr. Legagneur is also mindful of the cost of servicing; for example, my smallest cog (11 teeth) on the cassette was not working, and when I picked up my bike, only that cog had been replaced.
Furthermore, after a fall, the mounting of my rear derailleur was bent, and I thought it best to consult online tutorials to straighten the hanger and adjust my derailleur—it was a disaster! I called Mr. Legagneur, apologizing for this inconvenience, and he saw me promptly and kindly resolved the issue. I highly recommend this excellent professional; he is very friendly and accommodating with his customers.

Very, very professional. They were very careful with my electric bike, but had a backup plan in case they hadn't received it. They also delivered two electric bikes from Hadrien. And they didn't hesitate to offer a goodwill gesture. I highly recommend them.

One of my e-bikes broke down with an error code.
Following the failure and lack of response from the seller of my two e-bikes, purchased new in 2016 and 2017 for €3800, and given the urgent need due to my upcoming vacation,
this professional did everything possible to ensure I could leave.
Repair time: half a day.
Price: affordable because I benefited from the government subsidy.
Stock: recurring technical problem with the manufacturer, spare parts available.
