Hello. We hired bikes from Holland Bikes on the Île de Ré (La Couarde) and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The e-bikes are of a very high standard, very easy to use and a real pleasure to ride around the island. A big thank you also to the staff for their warm welcome, kindness and exemplary professionalism. We would recommend them without hesitation!

The staff were very, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The service was quick. The bikes were in good condition; we had no problems at all. A bit heavy for my liking, but more than adequate for short distances! I’d definitely come back if the opportunity arises again!

A really good hire service. The velvet items were brilliant and really comfortable! The basket provided with the hire is very handy. The young woman at reception was very friendly. What’s more, the prices were very reasonable compared to some other hire shops.

The team gave us a very warm welcome and offered good advice on choosing bikes. The e-bikes made it easy for us to complete a lovely round trip to the Phare des Baleines in four hours. We’d recommend Holland Bikes in La Couarde-sur-Mer in a heartbeat! The free car park right opposite is a real bonus.
