Friendly, expert, and accommodating with terrific knowledge of local places to eat and regional history, as well as remarkable insight about both urban and very rural biking routes. My wife and I (68 years young) asked Pierre to help us schedule a custom tour at the last minute. Pierre contacted Bastien, who made time to lead us on the most beautiful ride we've ever been on. Yes, there were some hills to climb, but the e-bikes made them both possible and fun. 5 STARS!

Great experience ! The girl was accommodating and offers us free basket for the bike. She is very nice. The bike feels so new and high quality. I definitely would recommend !
