A really good experience. The bikes, which we’d booked the day before, were ready when we arrived. The staff member took the time to adjust them individually for each of us; he was very friendly. Returning them was just as straightforward.

A very warm welcome and good value for money. The person who welcomed me lent me some repair tools as I was hiring the bike for a week; that was very kind and much appreciated. Just a quick suggestion: hybrid bikes with more than three gears would be a good addition to your range :)

A flawless experience renting a standard bike with a baby seat and a parent-child tandem. The man who looked after us was really dedicated and very attentive. I’d recommend them without hesitation and will definitely be back the next time I’m in Nantes.

A very friendly and professional welcome; they were attentive and patient. The bikes are good quality but could do with some maintenance, as the one I had had a front brake lever that was unusable. An ideal, central location for rides around Nantes or along the banks of the Loire. However, I found the prices exorbitant compared to other providers; then again, it’s a non-profit organisation under the 1901 law, so I suppose that’s understandable.
