A brilliant experience, from test-riding to buying a longtail e-bike!! It’s incredibly comfortable to ride, high-performing and stylish. Abdel and Lionel were lovely and even bought and fitted a Decathlon baby seat for me, and we sorted out the funding applications together. All in record time. I’d recommend them 300 per cent. I bought a LONGTAIL Jumbo bike a month ago and I can’t do without it now! I use it every day to take my two children to school and then go to work. Top-notch service: they’re available by phone to answer any questions and offer guidance on getting to grips with the bike. The bike is incredibly comfortable, with powerful electric assistance; it’s suitable for all heights (I’m 1m60) and has suspension for the comfort of the rider and the children on the back. COMPATIBLE WITH SUBSIDIES FROM THE IDF REGION (€600) I highly recommend it!
