Staff were super friendly trying to understand my broken French (I’m a native English speaker).
Extended our bike hire for a few more days expecting to pay full price and they gave us a discount as we were a returning customer without us asking.

What a wonderful experience! The welcome was very friendly and warm. There was a great selection of all types of very good quality bikes (most of them brand new). We thoroughly enjoyed cycling along the Canal du Midi at our own pace and without any constraints.
