We had an excellent experience hiring bikes from this company. The bikes were delivered directly to our campsite, exactly on time, and the collection seven days later was just as punctual. The bikes were in excellent condition, worked flawlessly throughout the week, and there was a great range to choose from. The staff were friendly, professional, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Great value for money and outstanding service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire bikes in the area.

On a bike trip from Arcachon to Hendaye we got a flat tire just after leaving Leon. We walked the bike back and the amazing Vincent not only repaired it (for 12 Euros) but he gave us a tire changing lesson free of charge and wouldn't even accept a tip as thanks. Gracious, helpful and super knowledgeable (plus his english was good enough for a whole lesson in tire changing strategy!). This place is awesome!
