Assembly
Each Legend Wheels® wheel is fully hand-assembled by a specialized operator in our workshop.
The assembly takes place over two days, allowing the wheel to naturally stabilize between each step, in addition to mechanical cracking.
Each wheel is then 100% controlled using high-precision electronic measuring instruments.
This rigorous procedure ensures maximum precision, balanced tension, and exceptional reliability – the hallmark of Legend Wheels® quality.
