Rented two e-bikes for a week to visit wineries nearby. Bikes worked great. Plenty of battery charge to bike for hours. Comfortable seats. Came with basket, helmets, locks, and charging cords. And they can deliver the bikes to your accommodation for a very small fee (they should really charge more for delivery). This made our visit to France wine country so much better (and cheaper) than having to rent a car or hire a driver. 100% recommend and would use again.

We couldn’t feel more lucky and grateful to be taken care of by the lovely owners of this shop. We were on rented bikes for a three week tour. I fell when my pedal came off - and we couldn’t get it to rethread. After some head scratching and hair pulling they were able to repair the issue and get us back onto the road. They cared - and were resourceful. Thank you, thank you.

A really positive experience all round. Lovely owners that provide a great service. Comfortable e-bikes, and ample add on equipment to meet your needs. They accommodated a carrier for our one year old daughter and had a helmet that fitted her, we saw another family go out with a trailer with 2 young kids in. Bikes were all set up and ready to go when we arrived before our ride to Saint Macaire. It's a great ride by the way - an easy 25km each way (pretty flat).

We hired bikes from oui bikes and les cycles du bazadais were our nearest bike shop to our location of stay. The bikes were delivered the evening before I had scheduled them and was taken in by our vineyard owners. The bikes were electric, very new and a delight to ride. Les cycles du bazadais had said they forgot one charger when dropping off and promised delivery on Monday afternoon which they full filled . Unfortunately during Sundays road trip we had a serious puncture which we had to leave the bike locked up near a mayors office. On contacting les cycles du bazadais they said they would drop a new bike off and collect the locked up bike from the mayors office on the Monday. All said and done an unfortunate incident which will happen but I think overall les cycles du bazadais were a good company to hire from especially when we were late getting back with the bikes on collection day (sorry chrystabel)

Super friendly, competent, and fast! We were on a 4,000-kilometer bike tour with our eMTBs. Since we had accommodation in the town, I found this bike rental shop on Google Maps. Based on the good reviews, we went there and asked if we could have our two rear wheels trued, as they had a lateral runout. We were seen immediately, and just under 30 minutes later, both bikes were ready. On one bike, the technician found a loose crank bolt and tightened it correctly. Without his check, it would certainly have come loose in the next few days. He also checked the chain tension on the other bike and worked very precisely. The owner also came into the workshop, and we chatted for a while. He is also a certified Bosch eBike service center. The workshop is very well-equipped and perfectly organized—simply exemplary. The shop has countless rental bikes in a wide variety of categories. Here, service and customer satisfaction are truly top priorities. We are thrilled.
