We spent a week in the ground-floor flat. It’s clean, comfortable and practical. It’s worth noting that it has access to a terrace… which is lovely when you come back from a walk. Ideally situated for exploring the Lakes region. Plenty of things to do within 30 minutes’ drive. The owner, Olivier, is friendly and is always on hand if you need anything. We recommend this rental

Great! A lovely place... comfortable accommodation and plenty of lovely things to see in the surrounding area – we’d love to come back... thanks for everything

We stayed at this accommodation for two nights; we were very cold – the radiator in the room wasn’t working and the building isn’t insulated. We also slept poorly; the mattress was of very poor quality (second-hand) and was completely saggy. Furthermore, the facilities are listed as including an oven, yet there is no oven. There are no garden features, no plants – just tall grass – which isn’t pleasant at all. The bin was full when we arrived. We were also charged extra for cleaning and electricity consumption. We won’t be coming back.

The accommodation was dreadful. We could hear everything going on in the room next door and, above all, in the one above us. The bedding was very poor. We’ve stayed elsewhere in the area before and got better value for money at the same price.
