We made a last-minute reservation for 2 bicycles and a baby seat for the SlowUp Alsace 2026. From the reservation to the delivery, everything went super smoothly. Their on-site team was incredible, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

As you can see in their website, the array of cycling services they provide is quite wide. I had two issues. They offered me a complementary helmet and toolkit, which was very nice of them. When I arrived at my hotel I realized I had no lock, so I had to return. The second one, the lights weren't connected. I was riding on the road at night. Fortunately I had my own light set. They connected the lights the next morning. On a side note to the managers, I would suggest a more compact pump for the toolkit. This would make the whole set really practical. Extra good on their side, I had rented a bike for my mom who is quite active but has some sight and hearing issues. She tried it and decided she did not want it. They refunded the lease, I didn't even ask for that. I have to give them 5 stars. Otherwise I would say 4.
