I've had good and bad experiences with rented touring bikes, this one was the best. The bikes were solid and the service was excellent. We toured the Atlantic coast for 10 days and had a fantastic time. No surprises, just a great holiday.

We rented 2 hybrid bikes including an electric one for a day to hike more or less 70 km between Cognac, Jarnac and Chateauneuf. The bikes were great and the rental service is very good. Thank you the team for this great day. We recommend this store.

AMAZING SERVICE AND BIKES! We received a late request for an ebike and very fortunately found the GIANT Cognac location and could not have been happier. We had rented other ebikes from two other companies in the area and the bikes and serve paled in comparison. If I could rent all my bikes from this store in the future I would!
