For the return, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different place than where the equipment was received.

To guarantee you total peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been put in place:
Level 1 Your package is shipped via express chrono to arrive 3 days before the beginning of the use at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express courier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, entirely at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an incident with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all means at its disposal to provide you with equipment, including the option of a personal delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
