I was renting a road bike for two days. The service was super friendly and nice, with good advices what roads to take. The bike was fine, no issues, well set from the first go. I can recommend this place and the service full heartedly! With the shopkeeper (unfortunatelly don’t know his name) we had a few minutes of very nice talks, even invited for a delicious espresso. He’s a pro and he knows what he is doing, you can fully trust him. Five star service!

Excellent experience at Lvl Cycles in Ascain! The welcome was fantastic and they were very responsive: we were able to rent our mountain bikes the same morning simply by calling. The bikes were very high quality, perfectly suited to the trails of the Basque Country, with dropper seats, good battery life, and top-notch components. We went for a fun ride near Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle and had a wonderful day. Thank you for your warm welcome and helpful advice. We'll gladly come back for our next outing! See you soon!

I had a major mechanical problem with my bike during a trip, and the manager didn't hesitate to take the time to help me. And this despite surely being very busy with a race taking place in the area at the same time! He very kindly helped me out by putting the wheel from one of his bikes on mine.
