This place is absolutely the BEST. My wife and I both purchased bikes last December. She got a new one and I bought a used Victoria which is their main rental bike. Its had a few tiny things that needed fixing and every time they responded quickly and even came to either fix on the spot, or take it back and forth to their shop. BY FAR the best staff and service we have ever had for our bikes! And the bikes are AMAZING!

If I could give 10 stars I most certainly would. The quality of service and staff are exceptional. My wife and I are very happy with the professionalism and speedy attention to any of our bike needs. Their storage facilities also are superb and extremely useful when we need to have our e-bikes in a safe location while we are away from home. All in all I thoroughly recommend this shop and all of the staff.
