Cleaning Option

🧹 Cleaning Service and Prices

The tidying and cleaning of MCF2 spaces are not automatically included in the booking.

We strongly encourage every client to subscribe to the cleaning option, tailored to their type of reservation (excluding catering office).

Prices :

• 🛥️ PACK for the entire MCF2 (Tino Rossi room + Édith Piaf room): 320 € VAT included → 400 € VAT included in case of non-compliance with instructions or ordering on the same day
• 🌇 Rental of the Tino Rossi room only: 200 € VAT included → 300 € VAT included in case of non-compliance with instructions or ordering on the same day
• 🎶 Rental of the Édith Piaf room only: 120 € VAT included → 200 € VAT included in case of non-compliance with instructions or ordering on the same day

⚠️ Attention :

• In case of non-compliance with cleaning instructions (spaces not tidy, waste left behind, equipment not put back) or requests made on the same day of the event, the cleaning service fee is automatically doubled.
• If the cleaning or emptying of the catering office is not respected, a fixed charge of 250 € will be docked from the deposit.
• Confetti, streamers, and glitter are strictly prohibited in all MCF2 spaces. Their use is considered a non-compliance with instructions and is not included in the cleaning option.
• The waste generated during your event must be sorted by you and deposited in the designated sorting containers. It is the renter's responsibility to follow this instruction to ensure the cleanliness of the venue and the proper recycling process.

CLEANING DISTRIBUTION

If the client chooses the Cleaning Option:

Client's Responsibility:

• Tidy and clean tables and chairs
• Remove equipment, décor, and waste

MCF2's Responsibility:

• Floors (broom, vacuum, mop, scrubber)
• Disinfection of furniture
• Sanitary facilities (floors, toilets, sinks)
• Windows
• Outdoors and ashtrays
• Removal of waste from the dock

If the client does not choose the Cleaning Option:

Client's Responsibility:

• Tidy and remove equipment, décor, and waste
• Complete cleaning (broom/vacuum and mop on floors)
• Remove waste and deposit it in designated containers
• Disinfection of furniture
• Sanitary facilities (floors, toilets, sinks)
• Windows
• Outdoors and ashtrays

MCF2's Responsibility:

• Scrubber
• Ashtrays
• Windows
