Avoid at all costs. They make great sales pitches, but their after-sales service is deplorable. The owner is condescending, takes things lightly (not very proactive), almost contemptuous—the opposite of the sales pitch. The maintenance instructions constantly change, and breakdowns are attributed to "misuse." I'm disappointed with my purchase and the service. Apparently, they explained everything to me!
(Following the store's response to my comment, NO, there's no mix-up with the store, and this again shows that the fault lies solely with the customer?! On two occasions, the owner's remarks were offensive, and the information unclear. Your practices exist, and they are far from honorable. A lawn is a priority for a household when it comes to selling a lawnmower; it becomes superficial when the equipment is defective.)
