After passing through the first corridor on the left—a veritable natural refrigerator, ideal for preserving frozen goods—I often stopped by the workshop and the spare parts department. No complaints there: excellent service, clear explanations, and labor at a reasonable price (which is becoming rare).
But… (because there's always a "but") several times, I tried to request a quote for Cramer equipment, to upgrade to batteries. And that's where the mystery began. The sales department remains an enigma worthy of a detective novel. Do I have an invisibility spell, or perhaps a scarecrow stuck to my forehead?
Last attempt: 15 minutes spent getting to grips with the Cramer machines from every angle. Zero interaction. Not even a small smile or a nod—no doubt about it, I must have dreamt my presence.
I promise, next time I'll load the machines directly into the trunk of the car… we'll see if anyone notices anything this time! 😄
