The setup was completed ahead of schedule (guests were able to use it as soon as they arrived). The photo backdrops offered were varied and fun, delivery and pickup were quick, and a download link was provided for all the photos. One small drawback: the delivery driver forgot to include the props. I filed a complaint and received a very quick response (the customer service was responsive and attentive). We recommend this provider and will use them again for another event. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the activity despite the oversight.
