The breakdown assistance option offers the renter support in the event of bike malfunctions (electrical and muscular).

In the delivery area (N'BIKE RENTAL) specified on our online booking site, N'Bike Rental promises to act within 24 hours, doing everything it can.

This option can only be used once per subscription (per contract).

All assistance relating to the transport of people is excluded.

N'BIKE RENTAL is not authorized or registered as a passenger transport company.

In the event that the hirer does not wish to opt for breakdown assistance, N'BIKE RENTAL reserves the right to charge €0.50 (fifty cents) per kilometer travelled to and from the rental site, for any action taken to resolve a problem for which it is not responsible.

Excellent service from manager Nicolas. Bikes are in good shape, well maintained. I opted for the red Cannondale MTB, brought my own SPD pedals, it was good for the various circuits up to Guidel including gravel and single trail sections with days between 40 and 60km.

I had an excellent experience with N'Bike Rental. Booking online was easy , Nicolas was very prompt delivering the bikes and he was thorough and helpful in explaining about the bikes and equipment . He was also timely collecting the bikes and very friendly. The deposit was back surprisingly quickly which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend N'Bikes and will definitely be using them again.

Great quality of bikes and amazing service. I had my bike delivered home exactly at the promised time. The staff is very friendly and they provide good advice in order to choose the right bike.

Fantastic experience with N’Bike. Booked via their website and picked up at the shop with a very warm welcome from Nicolas. The cycle paths are quite well marked and run all along the coast. In short, a must-do!
