We rented road bike and everything worked out great. The team at Nagano was very professional and made sure the bikes were setup properly. Would highly recommend this shop!

Really cool people working here. We were a group of 10 people all renting here. Worked perfectly fine, everythign was ready for us and we could change our equipment whenever we wanted. The selection of equipment was really good and the personel knew us and remembered what we had the previous day or the day before.
