Great service from Stan at the Doussard shop. Really helpful, relaxed and got our family out on the bikes. We rode from the shop, clockwise round to Sévrier, 14kms each way. Easy rolling, flat. Plenty of places to stop for a view of the lake or a coffee/ice-cream. Also had a nice ride out on a road bike up the Col du la Forclaz (not with the children!) - great view. Thanks again Stan!

Great bike service! The team is super professional, really well equipped and they know road bikes inside out. They tuned my hydraulic brakes and Di2 perfectly – the bike rides like new. Perfect spot too, right by the bike path in Doussard. Definitely recommend! 🚴‍♂️

Fantastic renting experience! We rented two electric touring bikes for three days during the Tour de France. They enabled us to climb the steep mountains, watch the race and go on a fun ride afterwards. The team at nomad is phenomenal. We interacted with three different employees and every one of them was super helpful. They gave us extra pannier bags and gear to help us make the most of our experience! Stan helped me plan the trip and book the best bikes for what we needed. They also can speak excellent English!
