We had bikes from NOMAD for 9 days during our holiday. We had an e bike and a cargo e bike. We booked the bikes up front, when we were still at home. We were a bit hesitant to pay such an amount of money up front but the good reviews made us confident to do. When the rental perioded approached, NOMAD bike contacted us regarding the booking and everything went super smooth. They could help us with everything in English. They even equipped the bikes with bags. I would highlt recommend NOMAD BIKE. The bikes were of great quality and the people were great. It made our holiday a lot of fun!

Highly recommend renting a bike for a day at NOMAD! Very reasonable pricing and the staff is super nice and helpful. You can choose from trekking, gravel and road bikes as well as e-Bikes. Helmets and bags are included which is great for a day trip. The former train track that has been converted into a bike lane and goes the lac d‘Annecy and almost up to Albertville is amazing to ride on. We cycled from Doussard to Albertville and back and had the most amazing day! The Scott trekking bikes worked perfectly fine for that. If you‘re in the area it is a perfect outing for a day!

I have to write this to thank the nomad bike shop and mainly Andrew for helping me and my boyfriend out of good will, when we were in trouble today. We rented bikes into another bike shop in annecy and had an accident on our way, 20km away from our original place. We asked them for help, if they could manage to fix my bike, but it would need a big repair. Andrew called out the original bike shop for us (since we don't speak french), offered to switch bikes if necessary, found us the bus shuttle so we could go back safely, and oferred us a place to clean up and water. We are very thankfull for your kindness, you are all beatiful people. And the rental bikes looked nice!

I went for renting a racebike after my got broken during or holiday. The service was very good! They also repaired my bike that got broken for a good price, they have a not of knowledge! Very trustable. The new bike i got was top quality.
