The employee speaks only a little bit English, but it was a good conversation via a little bit English, french and "sign language". Everything worked well and I rented an E-MTB. The bike was in very good condition and fully charged. The employee also gave me some tips for my ride. I can really recommend the service and the bike rental! I had a very good time with the bike. We rented two good quality electric bikes for the day, with excellent battery life. We cycled to Giens and back (80 km) along the coast and didn't even use half the charge. The rental agent was friendly and attentive. We also received free accessories (basket and locks).
Two days later, I rented another e-MTB for the morning. I was able to do a great 75 km mountain ride (including the Route des Crêtes and back). No battery issues whatsoever. The rental agent was always fantastic. I highly recommend them. Great rides in the area!

Friendly welcome but a disaster with the equipment! I rented a mountain bike for a week today. I set off for a ride in the local mountain passes. After an hour's ride, I felt some play in the left pedal. A few minutes later, the pedal came off its axle. I found myself on foot in the middle of nowhere. As a result, I had to run all the way back alongside the bike. How is that possible?! I could have had a nasty fall. I'm not impressed. Aren't the bikes fully checked before being rented out?
