Niousha at 02 Cycles came to our rescue. Our cycle tour company delivered unsuitable sit-up-and-beg-for-mercy Dutch bikes for our hilly Bordeaux wine trip tour, instead of the sporty trekking hybrid bikes that they had promised us in several emails and quotations. With less than 24 hours’ notice 02 Cycles managed to provide 2 much more suitable Trek FX3 bikes for us. Their service was impeccable. The Trek bikes did a good job at making our 12 days of cycling possible and fun, including a week of our own tour cycling the many considerable ascents up to and around Duras, a feat that Dutch bikes would have made tortuous. 02’s Trek bikes turned a potential disaster into a very enjoyable and memorable holiday. We would recommend them without hesitation, especially as they can also design cycle trips, transport luggage, and deliver and collect their bikes. Thank you Niousha!

We hired 6 bikes with panniers from O2 for a week in May 2026. The bikes were great. Best of all was the service. I had a medical problem and had to abandon part way. This is a very good bike shop. I rented a hybrid from them in March 2024 to ride the canal de la Garonne trail starting in Bordeaux. The pick-up and drop-off went very smoothly. The bike worked great and the price was very reasonable.

13 club members travelled from Ireland for a 4day cycle along the canal. Pre travel the bike sizes etc were organised via email. The whole process was seamless. Niousha and his crew at O2 were at our hotel early and helped with any last minute adjustments, provided spare tubes, locks and a foot pump (which was not used). The bikes were 2025 Trek and in great condition. Took our cases and again were waiting at our destination 4 days later with our luggage and to take back the bikes. I couldn’t praise them enough- will be back next year. Great crew and fabulous service throughout
