A brilliant shop with a wide selection of lovely items. Their own brand, Ocean Way, is very stylish and of good quality. They also offer a bike and e-bike hire service, with bikes in perfect condition. I was even able to hire a dog trailer for my dog. The owners are welcoming, helpful and really friendly. I’d recommend it without hesitation!

We hired seven bikes and a small trailer… We changed our minds at least twice that day, yet the shop always dealt with our requests in good spirits. I highly recommend this bike hire company! Do pop into their shop too – it’s really lovely, just like the staff.

Brilliant!
We hired some bikes and, unfortunately, we got a puncture after a few kilometres – they came round within 30 minutes to change the tyre for us!
What’s more, they didn’t charge us for the service call, even though it took over an hour – you really can book with them with complete confidence!
And they’re really friendly! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

We hired electric mountain bikes at rather short notice, and the managers were very accommodating, allowing us to return the bikes after closing time simply by giving them a call. Thank you very much for the excellent service, the kindness of the managers and the quality of the bikes we were given. I highly recommend this shop in Hourtin-Plage!

We fell in love with Hourtin-Plage and we absolutely loved the Oceanway bike and surfboard hire shop. Erik and Manon are really friendly and they have top-quality kit. We loved our bikes and Erik gave us some brilliant surfing tips. I’d highly recommend hiring bikes and surfing kit from them – they’re very attentive and adapt to your needs.
And the icing on the cake is that they’ve got loads of lovely clothes – we treated ourselves to some of those too!
