Exceptional care and service. Our family of 5 rented for a 12 day self-guided cycle tour, and they purposefully set us up with special kids’ bikes for touring. The adult bikes were perfect as well. Wonderfully friendly and helpful shop. Highly recommend!

Great people, great service, great bikes. Wife and I rented 2 Large commuter bikes for our 3 days in Paris. The perfect way to get around. We rode the bikes out to Versailles without any issues. All you need is provided. Helmet ($), lock (free), phone mount (free). Will rent here again.

I rent a simple but in good condition Mountainbike to go the Versailles. Everything was excellent with it. The English speaking service at Paris a Velo was great. I forget my handlebar holder for my GPS at home, but they had a great idea with the little bag for that. Thanks for that!

Great! The staff are super friendly. Prices are high, but unfortunately that's the norm for bike rentals :-( Overall it's amazing to have the option to rent a real cargo bike and take the kids around town! The bike was in pretty good shape, no serious issues. Best way to experience the city, period. And saves you time and stress of mucking about underground.
