So much more than just a bike hire service! I went on a cycling trip in the Food Valley. Massimo provided me with excellent kit at no extra cost. I was given lots of useful advice, and the pick-up and drop-off times were incredibly flexible. On the second day, when it started pouring with rain, Massimo got in touch and helped me change the route. Excellent, friendly service – I highly recommend it!

The e-bike hire option is brilliant. The bikes are excellent and we were able to cycle up even the steepest hills. Massimo took care of everything and we had an unforgettable cycling experience in the Parma area.

Brand-new, super-comfortable bikes. Davide gave me tips on places to visit, restaurants and spots to explore. We visited Torrechiara Castle, a magnificent and fascinating place. We stopped for lunch at Gardoni’s delicatessen, where we sampled Parma ham and Parmigiano-Reggiano. A real treat!

The team at Parma Bike were very helpful and friendly, providing me with all the information I needed for a first-class service. They accompanied me along the chosen route, providing the equipment and transport. A truly unique experience – a spectacular tour of Parma that I would absolutely recommend.

Catriona Turvill

Masimo and David were absolutely brilliant. They were efficient, charming and very helpful right from our very first enquiry. The bikes were excellent and in perfect condition, as were the panniers, locks and puncture repair kit. They helped us plan our routes and gave us advice on places to visit and restaurants! I highly recommend them. Thank you both!
