Masimo and David were totally fabulous. They were efficient, charming and communicative from our very initial enquiry. The bikes were excellent and in perfect condition, as were the panniers/locks/emergency puncture kit.
They helped us with our routes and what to see and where to eat!
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
