A very friendly person on the phone, who answered my various questions quickly. I hired a Sigma 150-600 DG DN; it arrived very well packed in a hard case, surrounded by foam! The lens is in perfect working order and looks spotless – it felt like getting a brand-new lens 🙂 This was my first order, but it certainly won’t be my last!

The website offers a wide variety of equipment, which you can have delivered, collect in-store or from a lockers. If, like me, you’re unlucky enough not to have time to collect your equipment before the shop closes, or to ring because you’re stuck at work, nobody will think to put the hired equipment in a lockers and send a quick email to the customer to let them know. Above all, the management won’t lift a finger, having absolutely no business acumen (it took two emails just to get a reply, by the way). A saving of €86 for them, but a lost customer – what a brilliant calculation!

I’m very disappointed. I ordered a second-hand lens and had contacted the shop to check that it was the right product and compatible with my equipment. But when I visited the shop a few days later, they couldn’t find the lens – apparently there had been a stock error. I’m not saying this never happens, but I would have liked to have been told about it before I went to the shop, especially as I’d phoned to enquire about the product before ordering it.
