Really great experience hiring an e-scooter in Madrid. Communication was super quick and personable from the start, and they were really helpful with advice on routes and the best places to go. The scooter itself felt safe and reliable, and the battery lasted far longer than expected, even with a full day of exploring. Madrid is surprisingly flat in most areas, but a lot of the main sights are quite spread out, so having your own set of wheels made a huge difference and meant we could see far more in a day. Highly recommend Qik tours if you're visiting Madrid and want a fun, easy way to get around.

We rented two scooters from QIK Tours on a busy Saturday afternoon - be sure to book ahead of time online. We had plenty of battery to spend 3-4 hours exploring Rio Madrid, Retiro Park and Caso de Campo. All of which, were a bit difficult to get to from their center city location because it required riding on very busy city streets and through crowded pedestrian areas. We did not have a tour guide, so be sure to ask the QIK Tours team to share links for prescribed bike path routes if you’re riding without one. They have a very friendly and helpful staff and good quality equipment. We had a lot of fun.
