Negative review of the mountain bike service. The chain was changed without any subsequent check to ensure the cassette could handle the replacement! The bike wasn't even tested after the service because the owner would have noticed immediately. All the lower gears no longer engage properly. I'm left on vacation with a virtually unusable mountain bike. The derailleur should have been adjusted as well, but I still had to get out my toolbox to access the first gear on the same bike. Therefore, I would say this service is not what you'd expect from a professional shop.
