Mr. Benoit demonstrates calm professionalism. It was clear that his goal was to find me the perfect bike, not to sell me anything. He clearly explained the differences between the models and helped me understand them. We also rented bikes from him, and the experience was just as positive. I am confident that he will take care of my bike's maintenance with the same integrity. It's a real pleasure to work with an expert who prioritizes the customer over the sale.

A huge thank you to Benoît for his exceptional welcome. Despite it being a public holiday, he took the time to provide me with a bicycle and explain in detail how to use an electric bike. Very friendly, polite, and patient, he also recommended some superb places to discover and excellent restaurants. His professionalism and kindness truly made all the difference. I highly recommend him!

Benoit is truly excellent, I recommend him 100%.
He's very professional and provides impeccable service. He comes to our site in Orange to do maintenance, and we're all very happy with him. If the repair can't be done quickly because he needs to get parts, he'll take the bike to his shop in Lattes and bring it back. And on top of that, he's very friendly. Go for it without hesitation.
