They’re quick to respond and helpful; if you can’t find the product, they’ll keep looking for it until you’ve got it. I’m looking for a mask (or rather a helmet, as you can’t really see the head) with a snorkel for my 8-year-old grandson’s birthday. The shelves had been completely cleared. The sales assistant found me the only one left: it had fallen between the display panels without a bag, but he spotted an empty bag stuck in the gap, still in size M, and gave it to me as a present for Simon. Simon was over the moon the next day and rushed off to the seaside to try out his mask. It made three of us happy: Simon, my son and Uncle, who’d phoned me the night before to sort it out for the next day; and me, who – thank God and Loïc, my sales assistant – was able to leave with the long-awaited present that Simon had asked his uncle for quite a while ago but which his uncle had forgotten about...😀
