A top-notch shop in a prime location at the foot of the Ardent cable car. I came with my family without a booking and we were looked after perfectly, with high-quality, modern and well-maintained equipment, and advice whenever we needed it. The ski and boot storage is a real bonus, as are the Happy Hour après-ski bar and La Vie en Rose restaurant, which are right next to the shop. The location is ideal and the service is top-notch – I’d give it five stars.

I’ve just come back from an incredible week’s skiing, made even better by the excellent equipment hire service at Lac et Montagne Sports. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional team who took the time to understand our needs and provide us with exactly what we required. The equipment was top-quality and perfectly maintained. The skis we hired were perfectly suited to our ability and skiing preferences, which made our time on the slopes even more enjoyable. What’s more, the team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, offering valuable advice and making sure everything was going well for us throughout our stay. What really stood out for me was the care the staff took to ensure we were comfortable with our equipment. They took the time to meticulously adjust our ski boots for a perfect fit, which made all the difference on the slopes. I highly recommend Lac et Montagne Sports for ski hire. Their exceptional customer service, the quality of their equipment and their personalised approach definitely won us over. We’ll definitely be back on our next skiing holiday. A huge thank you to Constance for handling our group order with such professionalism and care, especially given that we turned up with a group of 60 children during the Christmas holidays, a particularly busy time for the shop. Despite the hectic pace, the team managed to give each child individual attention.
