What size skis to choose?
Choose skis that reach approximately nose level, or 10 to 15 cm shorter than your height.

Example: if you are 170 cm tall, select skis measuring about 155 to 160 cm.

What size boots to choose?
Select your usual shoe size. If in doubt, measure your foot from heel to the longest toe.
