Great experience from beginning to an end. We rented gravel bikes to ride the "Tuscany Trail" event and couldn't be happier with them. Very good bikes, light , properly set up to ride local gravel roads. Very profitable and kind staff.

We rented e-bikes here in April. Elena was super helpful, answering our many questions over email before we arrived. They were easy to work with and the bikes were great for around the city. Location is super convenient. They even had a 24” e-bike for my daughter, she loved it!

Family of four with a 9 year old and 11 year old— fantastic experience! Our kids were very excited to try electric bikes for the first time. Elena and her husband who own the business were very friendly, helpful, kind. Recommended a better route than what we originally planned which brought us along a bike friendly path to the sea, and even recommended a great place to eat in Pisa (Pizzeria L’Arancia) which indeed was yummy oven roasted pizza in a cute little restaurant and was not over priced like some restaurants. If you love biking, Pisa is the place to do it and Smile & Ride is the place to rent. 😊
