Rented 4 bikes for the familiy, booked by phone. Top Cube bikes in excellent condition. Staff changed pedals and set up the suspension all with a very friendly tone and attitude. Gave us trail tips for the day etc. Highly recommend the store and staff! We'll be back!

Screaming in the store, at first I thought a customer was throwing a tantrum but it turned out to be an employee who was disrespecting a customer. Then a lady came over and tried to take my ski poles thinking it was from the shop. I left for another store to start my week.
