We had a great experience with this bike rental shop. We reserved bikes in advance for our whole family, including our 15-year-old and 8-year-old children, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. The equipment was excellent, and all of the bikes were in superb condition and worked perfectly. Each bike also came with a helmet and an emergency tire repair kit, which gave us extra peace of mind during our ride.
The service was outstanding. The staff spoke English, which made everything easy, and they took the time to help us get oriented in the area. They also gave us several recommendations that turned out to be extremely helpful and perfectly timed for our trip.
The availability of the bikes was exactly as promised, and the entire rental process was smooth from start to finish. Everything was wonderful. Thank you for helping make our family cycling experience so enjoyable!
