Easy to book online, had everything we needed like a child trolley extra luggage bags for the back, nice Electric gazelle bikes staff was very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, we came across some issues when a bolt holding the trolley broke, and were too far for them to come offer assistance.
However, they handled the situation very kindly, and offered a small discount for the inconvenience
