Whilst filling up the scooter, we accidentally left the key in the under-seat storage compartment. We couldn’t open the compartment or set off again without the key. We phoned up and, after half an hour on hold, Joao unlocked the compartment for us using the spare key. He did all this with a smile and without charging us a penny extra.
I’d really like to recommend this company – everything is handled in a cheerful and friendly manner, and it’s a real pleasure to pay for the service at the end.
