A very pleasant, clean and well-organised shop. The fresh produce sections (butcher’s, fruit and veg) are always well-stocked and of high quality. A big thank you to all the staff for their warm welcome, helpfulness and friendly smiles. It’s always a pleasure to come and do my shopping here! I highly recommend it.

Whilst visiting Burgundy I had the chance to do my holiday shopping at this large Super U Very busy and well-stocked, with top-notch service from the fresh produce team Recommended by Amine. Friendly and helpful

Just to respond to Mr Louis’s latest comment! Personally, I use the Super U drive-through; the order picker is brilliant, always quick to sort out any ‘minor issues’ – which are rare. I also go to Super U Express now; for me, the two complement each other, the prices are clearly displayed, so it’s up to you to make your choice.And if a major ‘problem’ keeps cropping up, I’ll switch to another supermarket 😂 – which is exactly what I did with another chain nearby.

I’ve been shopping at this shop for nine years and I’ve noticed a decline in standards, as stock levels are very irregular – or even non-existent – and there’s been a marked reduction in organic products: first, the ‘bulk’ section disappeared, then the organic range on the shelves. Yesterday, there was just one brand of organic coffee. Recently, I’ve started ordering certain products online. It’s a shame – I used to really like this shop, its size and its staff, who were very welcoming.
