An excellent rental experience, just like last year. A very warm welcome and friendly service. We hired four bikes for a week: two ‘adult’ bikes, one of which was electric, and two 24-inch ‘children’s’ bikes. We didn’t encounter any problems. The bikes are of a high standard. From booking to returning the bikes, everything was straightforward. We’ll be back!

A warm welcome and excellent communication! The team are very helpful and friendly. The bikes are top-quality, lightweight, easy to handle and come with a handy lock – we were even able to lock our three bikes together without any trouble. The prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

The staff are friendly, like most shopkeepers in La Flotte. After breaking my wrist, we had to return the hire bikes after three days, even though we’d booked them for six. This shop, which rents out thousands of bikes during the season, did not offer us any refund or a gesture of goodwill. A big fat zero for this shop.
