Finish your time until 10 PM!

🛠️ How does it work?

1. Add the option

⚠️ Attention: You must add this option for each bike in your booking (e.g., 3 bikes = 3 options).

2. Choose your time on the next step

Our calendar is blocked at 6 PM by default, but enabling this option allows you to extend until 10 PM.

3. What happens next?

🔹 CASE 1: You bring the bike(s) back in person

• Bike drop-off: Park the bike securely in front of the Velab store. Remove the battery.
• Go to our partner Ben l'épicier, located only 30 meters from Velab (12 Boulevard Morland, 75004 Paris).
• Drop off the backpack provided with the keys, the battery, the charger and any helmets.

🚨 Important - What to know before choosing this option:

Our partner merchant only collects the backpack. They are not authorized to resolve any potential issues.

🔹 CASE 2: You choose to have the items picked up at your chosen address (next step)

• Just wait for our delivery person at the agreed time and hand over the items.
• A slight unexpected delay is always possible: please allow a 15-minute buffer in your schedule in case we are running a little late.
