This morning, our e-bike broke down right in the middle of our holiday: the chain had come off and we couldn’t put it back on ourselves. It was a really stressful moment! We popped into Vélo Passion and were welcomed by Ronald, a man of rare kindness and thoughtfulness.
With his reassuring words, “I won’t let you leave until it’s fixed”, he took charge with a smile and true professionalism. The result: the bike was repaired in no time at all and our day (and our holiday!) was completely saved.
