My daughter was struggling to find a helmet that was the right size and comfortable, and he took the time to find the most suitable one.
Then we had a puncture. As he was on his own, he had to close his shop to come and help us out, but didn’t bat an eyelid about it!
And after changing the inner tube, he accidentally forgot to reconnect the electric assist and gave us a discount as a gesture of goodwill.
It’s become rare to find people so committed to their customers’ satisfaction!! A huge thank you to him!
And what’s more, the area is truly magnificent, from Pointe de Penmarch to Pointe de la Torche, under the Finistère sun!
