My e-bike had come off the chain and was completely stuck. The mechanic immediately showed us how to remove the chain guard and put the chain back on, without charging us anything. I dropped my bike off to have the tires and a brake disc checked. The salesperson wasn't pushy and told me the tires could still last the season. After checking the bike, they found only the brake caliper needed adjusting. I left without paying. Professional and reliable service. I highly recommend them!
