🛞 And in case of a flat or any issue during your ride?
The inner tubes of our bikes contain a preventive liquid, which significantly reduces the risk of a small puncture interrupting your ride. In case of pressure loss, a refill usually allows the preventive to act and continue the journey.
If that is not enough, no need to disassemble the wheel or attempt to fix the bike yourself: contact VéloFLOW. We will intervene with our van to replace the bike if another is available or, if necessary, take you and the bike back to your destination.

For multi-day trips, the battery can be removed for easy charging at your accommodation.

Depending on the location and setup of your hire, the bike handover can occur from a VéloFLOW point or a partner location, upon booking. We can also look into handing over directly at your accommodation or close to your itinerary.
The handover options depend on the location, number of bikes, and duration. For specific requests that require particular arrangements, we can suggest another handover point or a more suitable solution.
